These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by The College Cuber, including messages related to the Minifigure Factory and other event experiences.

Program Description

When you opt in to SMS notifications through the Minifigure Factory, The College Cuber may send you service-related text messages regarding your request, including notification when your custom minifigure is ready for pickup.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. For Minifigure Factory pickup notifications, you will typically receive one text message per request, although additional service-related messages may occasionally be necessary.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
